Annapurna Labs is hiring a Site Operations Program Manager to build and operate the Austin site from the ground up. The role owns workplace experience, facilities coordination, vendor management, event execution, process design, budgeting, and day-to-day site operations while partnering with Real Estate, Facilities, HR, Finance, IT, Security, and site leadership. The position requires program or project management experience, Computerized Maintenance Management System experience, industrial maintenance planning experience, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree or Amazon RME experience. The base salary is 55,600.00–97,400.00 USD annually, with health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
