Description
The Agency Program Manager manages and executes designated Agency Programs, including Agency Development, Service, and Construction acquisition programs funded with Agency or external non-pay dollars. The role oversees cost, schedule, performance, and system supportability across the program life cycle, maintains authority over cost, schedule, and performance baselines, submits reports to the Milestone Decision Authority, and coordinates requirements, solutions, and implementation activities with business and acquisition, technical, and other stakeholders. Entry qualifications include a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience, or progressively fewer years of experience with higher degrees, along with a degree in a business or technical field and informal supervisory experience.
