Description
The Program Manager SMI will lead complex programs covering the setup, operation, and development of intelligent metering infrastructure, including iMSys, Smart Meter Gateway, CLS-Management, and ZFA Transformation. The role manages interdisciplinary teams across technology, IT, logistics, installation, and platform operations; oversees program planning, budgets, risks, and stakeholder management; develops scalable digital operating processes; and drives innovation, automation, and new energy services while complying with MsbG and BSI requirements. The position requires a relevant degree or vocational training, extensive program or project management experience, regulatory knowledge of metering operations, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, German and English proficiency, and leadership experience. It offers a hybrid work model combining remote work with on-site work in the Münster office.
