Description
BMC is hiring a Program Manager, Resilience to support municipalities and other public-sector clients in developing and implementing societal resilience programs. The role connects policy, governance, and implementation; advises executive boards; analyzes risks and local challenges; coordinates projects such as emergency support hubs and crisis preparedness; and leads multidisciplinary teams. It requires at least five years of relevant public-sector program, project, or strategic advisory experience, a relevant HBO or WO degree, and experience in safety, crisis management, societal challenges, or network governance. The position is permanent, 32–36 hours per week, with a salary range of €5,000 to €7,500 based on 40 hours.
