Description
BMC is hiring a Program Manager, Resilience to strengthen societal resilience for municipal clients. The role develops multi-year resilience programs, advises executive boards, coordinates governance and implementation, analyzes local risks, connects with emergency services and other partners, leads multidisciplinary teams, and strengthens residents’ self-reliance. It requires at least five years of relevant public-sector program, project, or strategic advisory experience, a completed relevant HBO or WO degree, and experience in safety, crisis management, societal challenges, or network governance. The position is permanent, 32–40 hours per week, with a salary band of €5,000 to €7,500.
