Description
Cencora is hiring a Program Manager, Solution Innovation to manage the governance, stage-gate, backlog, roadmap, and program execution processes for solution innovation workstreams. Reporting to the Group Product Owner – Solution Innovation and Design, the role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, maintains decision and risk records, supports product development committee operations, and translates innovation priorities into structured plans and implementation requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of relevant experience, with healthcare, pharmacy services, technology-enabled services, product development, portfolio management, and agile or product management certification experience preferred. It is a full-time role with a stated salary range of $94,500 to $148,060.
