Life’s WORC is hiring a Residential Services Supervisor to provide protective oversight and 24/7 on-call accessibility for people living in a residential setting, while also supervising and training residential staff, scheduling, evaluating staff, coordinating community-integration activities, and maintaining agency vehicles and quality standards. The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a valid New York or out-of-state driver’s license, and the ability to pass a road test and drive an agency vehicle; a bachelor’s degree in a human-service field and supervisory experience are preferred. The schedule is 40 hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexible scheduling and availability for additional shifts.
