Description
Lam is hiring a Program or Project Manager to lead projects and programs from initiation through delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and schedules, support decision-making through data analysis, communicate with leadership and stakeholders, and run change management and project closure. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least two years of experience, or a master’s degree with no prior professional experience, along with project or program management experience and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor or global supplier experience, strong communication skills, and relevant project management certifications. The role may be performed in an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
