Valcor Engineering Corporation is hiring an experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee legacy and new aerospace fluid-control programs from product development through engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and customer delivery. The role manages program budgets, schedules, contractual submittals, customer relationships, and internal and external stakeholder relationships, and leads a team of Program Managers. Candidates need at least eight years of experience managing complex programs, strong financial and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of engineering concepts; a BSME or equivalent engineering degree is preferred, along with an advanced degree and related aerospace experience.
