L3Harris is hiring a Program Manager, Sr. Specialist (L4) for its WESCAM Division in Waterdown, Ontario. The role directs programs from inception through completion, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, customer requirements, proposals, contracts, milestones, risks, and project close-out. It also coordinates cross-functional work, represents customers, mentors team members, and requires approximately 25% travel.
