Description
Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager to lead the expansion and optimization of its Sub Same Day delivery network in Japan. The role owns rapid operations strategy, network design and expansion planning, stakeholder partnerships, performance analysis, KPI development, cost and efficiency improvements, and continuous improvement across fulfillment, supply chain, real estate, finance, technology, and last-mile delivery teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, Engineering, Science, or Business, cross-functional experience, and fluency in English; business analytics experience with SQL, databases, and Excel, and Japanese fluency are preferred.
