USRA is hiring a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Program Development for its Education Programs Office in Houston, Texas. The role leads proposal development, business development, strategic partnerships, program administration, and operational excellence for workforce development and STEM education initiatives, including the AFRL Scholars Program and programs across multiple Air Force Research Laboratory installations. The position requires a master's degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in program management, education, workforce development, strategic partnerships, proposal development, or business development. The role is largely office-based with up to 40% travel.
