Justworks is hiring a Strategic Partnerships Program Manager to serve as the cross-functional quarterback for high-priority partnership initiatives from deal development and agreement through launch and stabilization. The role translates strategic and commercial objectives into execution plans, manages multi-workstream projects, coordinates stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other teams, removes blockers, and uses AI and automation to improve initiative management. The position is based in the New York City office and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
