Lely is hiring a Program Manager, Strategic Program Execution to lead the development, validation, field testing, and commercialization readiness of a large-scale dairy program in North America. The role coordinates cross-functional workstreams, external development partners, farms, vendors, and global stakeholders; manages program plans, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stage-gate reporting; and translates field feedback into actionable recommendations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7–10+ years of complex program leadership experience, PMP or equivalent certification, and 30% national and international travel.
