Zillow Group is hiring a Program Manager for its Studio Z Program Management team to support the Senior Program Manager and manage a subset of creative portfolio projects from brief through delivery. The role handles project schedules, status reporting, briefings, resourcing, creative routing, approvals, debriefs, operational systems, and process improvement. It is a teleworker position for employees living anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City and attend occasional office events. Candidates need at least five years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience, strong communication skills, creative-team experience, and organizational ability; project management tool experience and interest in AI tools are advantageous.
