Delta Solutions & Strategies is hiring a Program Manager Support person to support Guardian Appraisal activities for the Department of the Air Force and United States Space Force. The role assists with administrative corrections and appeals, board reviews, waiver requests, trouble tickets, issue resolution, stakeholder guidance, policy and IT-system improvements, training, recordkeeping, program execution, recommendations, and PII protection. The position requires 10+ years of experience in operations, analysis, policy, or planning; a background in DAF personnel or human resources is desired; familiarity with DAF Human Resources IT systems; a Secret security clearance; and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
