Description
The Program Manager – Supported Living provides leadership and oversight for supported living services, supervising Direct Support Professionals and Home Leaders, overseeing Individual Support Plans and client progress, coordinating staffing and schedules, conducting home visits, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree or three years of direct-service experience, supervisory experience is helpful, and includes 24/7 on-call support, direct-care duties, and travel between home settings. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour.
