Ship with Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Ops Integrations team to own end-to-end programs that integrate SWA operations with internal and external stakeholders. The role coordinates technology, operations, product, and business teams; defines scope, milestones, and success metrics; improves operational workflows and automation; manages operational readiness and change plans; tracks KPIs and reporting; and manages risks and documentation. Candidates need at least two years of program or project management experience, three years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience, three years of maintenance planner or scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of Amazon RME full-time experience.
