CTC is hiring a Program Manager to support senior leadership and scale its systematic trading business. The role manages project roadmaps, dependencies, sequencing, progress, stakeholder communication, data requirements, research-to-production consistency, technical upgrades, workflows, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, experience in systematic trading, quantitative or technical program management, or consulting in options or volatility strategies, and knowledge of options risk, trade flows, and delta hedging. The position offers a $175,000–$225,000 USD salary, an annual discretionary bonus, and a hybrid workplace model.
