Arc’teryx is hiring a Program Manager, Talent Development for its Arc’One manufacturing and distribution centre in New Westminster. The role owns the learning and talent development portfolio, partners with business leaders to translate performance challenges into scalable development solutions, builds frontline and people-leader capability, designs and evaluates learning experiences, measures impact, and leads and develops L&D team members. The position is based at the Arc’One facility and allows hybrid remote work two to three days per week; candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. The salary range is CAD$94,000 to CAD$124,000, with extended health, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
