Description
OKSI is hiring Program Managers across its career ladder, from Program Manager I through Program Manager V, to support defense and aerospace programs involving AI systems, environmental sensing, EO/IR systems, seekers and PGKs, and soldier-borne systems. Responsibilities include program coordination, technical troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, budget and earned-value management, risk and compliance oversight, proposal development, and program reviews. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, relevant hardware/software and compliance knowledge, 5–15+ years of experience depending on level, and eligibility for a DoD Secret or higher clearance. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $245,000 annually, with fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and hybrid schedule options.
