Scale AI is hiring a Program Manager, Technical Enablement to build and own the enablement function for its customer-facing engineering organization. The role will design role-based onboarding, govern and maintain a technical knowledge base, create ongoing technical development programs, and manage stakeholder collaboration across FAE leadership, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery. The position requires at least four years of professional experience in enablement, program management, technical training, or a related role, with program management and technical-team experience preferred. Compensation for eligible full-time roles in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $128,000–$160,000 USD, with equity and benefits.
