Image Engineering is hiring a Technical Training Program Manager to develop and deliver technical training for field technicians, production teams, and emerging technical leaders. The role covers curriculum design, hands-on and virtual instruction, onboarding, competency development, coaching, performance auditing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across technical, operational, safety, and client-service standards. Candidates need at least five years of experience in live events, entertainment technology, audiovisual systems, production, staging, lighting, video, rigging, or related disciplines, plus three years of technical training or workforce development experience. The position pays $95,000 to $110,000.
