Edenred is hiring a Program Manager for its Technology Department to support the management and coordination of complex technology transformation programs. The role oversees governance, stakeholder alignment, KPI and milestone monitoring, risk management, program methodologies, and delivery across digital channel evolution, legacy system modernization, and system/platform integration projects. It requires a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, approximately five years of project or program management experience, stakeholder coordination experience, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and fluent English. The position is permanent under the CCNL Commercio, with a gross annual salary starting at €48,000, a performance bonus, smart-working, welfare benefits, and comprehensive health coverage.
