The role coordinates partnership and licensing deal pipelines, researches prospects, supports negotiations, manages deal logistics and royalty compliance, tracks program metrics, and supports invention disclosure, patent prosecution, portfolio mapping, and claim-chart preparation. It requires 3–5+ years of relevant experience, fluency with licensing structures, technical and legal material, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field. The position is full-time, in-office four days per week in Berkeley, California, with one flexible day, and pays $160,000–$190,000.
