KTF is hiring a Program Manager – Tertiary for a fixed-term, full-time role in Port Moresby to coordinate tertiary projects supporting teachers and health workers in remote Papua New Guinea. The position manages academic and non-academic activities, operational risks, enrolment and retention data, donor compliance, reporting, safeguarding, logistics, and stakeholder relationships, while supporting principals and monitoring program delivery. Applicants need a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience, the right to work in PNG, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to travel domestically as needed.
