Torch Technologies is hiring a Program Manager / Test Engineer to support the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron’s D0G division focused on air-to-ground weapons. The role leads technical and project-management advisory work for complex operational test activities, including planning, execution, reporting, advanced mathematical modeling, operations research, and Design of Experiments. Responsibilities include technical studies, technology impact assessments, advisory support to junior personnel, government and industry coordination, and high-level briefings. The position is based at Eglin AFB, requires U.S. citizenship, a relevant engineering degree and extensive experience, weapons-system or live-fire testing experience, technical communication skills, and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access. The schedule is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, with 10–20% travel.
