Description
The Source Program Manager will lead TGTHR’s Drop-In Center and Outreach program for youth experiencing homelessness, overseeing program design, service delivery, partnerships, compliance, budgeting, evaluation, and project outcomes. The role supervises Case Managers, Youth Support Specialists, Peer Services staff, and volunteers; manages facility and operational needs; builds relationships with youth and community organizations; and represents TGTHR in external committees and meetings. It requires a bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field, 3–5 years of experience working with vulnerable or unhoused youth, and at least 2 years managing direct-care staff. The position is full-time and exempt, based in Boulder, Colorado, with a salary of $70,000–$80,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
