The Program Manager will lead hospital operational excellence and business-growth initiatives, including deploying the hospital operating system, developing strategy, A3 plans, KPIs, project plans, visualizations, and huddles. The role coordinates with operational and clinical leaders, manages special projects and technology or process implementations, develops lean business solutions, integrates performance-improvement projects, and analyzes data across departments. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and at least two years of performance-improvement experience with knowledge of lean principles are required; a master’s degree is preferred. The annual salary range is $99,507 to $164,559.
