Amazon is hiring a Program Manager II for its Same Day Operations team within First Mile to scale and optimize Amazon Flash and Pick-up Express programs in Brazil. The role owns the end-to-end program management of same-day operations, including roadmap development, cost-efficiency and coverage improvements, data-driven opportunity identification, technology and API integrations, phased rollouts, seller enablement, volume scaling, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting. Candidates need advanced Excel and SQL skills, a bachelor's degree, project or program management experience, English communication skills, and experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field.
