Description
The Program Manager will lead complex, multidisciplinary development programs in the Unmanned Aerial Systems and multirotor domain, serving as the primary customer and stakeholder interface and translating operational needs into technical plans. The role owns program execution across the full lifecycle, including requirements, R&D, integration, field trials, delivery, acceptance, budgets, procurement, resources, risks, governance, and reporting, while leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Candidates need a B.Sc. in Engineering or a relevant technical field, at least five years of experience managing complex unmanned/aerial systems programs, strong technical and systems acumen, lifecycle and field-testing experience, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
