Description
The role serves as the primary post-sales customer advocate, managing onboarding, order fulfillment, service trials, in-life support, revenue recognition, escalations, and post-event reviews. It leads account governance, customer-facing initiatives across multiple geographies, cross-functional delivery, issue tracking, customer satisfaction, and continual service improvement. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM or equivalent experience, eight years of DoD program support, PMP or equivalent certification, security clearance eligibility, and travel flexibility.
