GHD is hiring a Program Manager – US Navy Eastern United States to partner with the Navy East Client Manager, strengthen client and industry relationships, support business development and account management, and oversee project delivery for Navy missions. The role focuses on NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Washington regions and may be based in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chantilly, Virginia, or Jacksonville, Florida. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least 10 years of project management and engagement with U.S. Navy clients, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and willingness to travel. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers a base salary of $183,870 to $250,150.
