Description
The Project Manager will lead client engagements for large organizations, developing acquisition schedules, project plans, market research, and technology, process, and creative business solutions. The role manages executive and decision-maker relationships, supports proposal development and pricing, and oversees business requirements, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures. It requires substantial experience with federal financial systems, shared-service providers, IT acquisition programs, federal government agency acquisition PMOs, MSAM/NMAP documentation, Microsoft Project scheduling, DHS-level IT acquisition reporting, and risk management, along with professional-services and client-delivery management experience.
