QAD is hiring a Program Manager to join its Value Creation team and drive cross-functional initiatives focused on AI transformation, operating model evolution, systems integrator transition, and measurable business impact. The role translates strategic priorities into initiatives, tracks KPIs and benefits, supports executive reporting, coordinates internal and external partners, and builds analysis, dashboards, financial models, and decision materials. Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, program management, or a similar analytical or execution-oriented role, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and independent-execution skills.
