Description
HARMAN is hiring a Program Manager for complex automotive connectivity programs within the VW Group’s CAM organization in Karlsbad, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role owns end-to-end program delivery from acquisition through post-SOP stabilization, including timing, cost, quality, scope, risk, customer commitments, change and configuration management, sample and prototype planning, industrialization, hardware and bench activities, and reporting. It requires a university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification, at least five years of program management or automotive program leadership experience, three or more years of Teamcenter experience, and hands-on experience with sample management, engineering hardware, benches, or industrialization. The position is on-site in Karlsbad with up to 25% travel and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
