HDR is hiring an executive-level Program Manager to lead delivery of a complex Waste sector infrastructure program across the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. The role oversees multidisciplinary consultant, engineering, estimating, scheduling, project controls, and construction teams; manages program execution, governance, contracts, quality assurance, risks, client relationships, and delivery processes; and mentors staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and substantial program or project management experience involving large capital programs, plus leadership, communication, alternative delivery method, and large-program management systems experience.
