Description
The role leads cross-functional WHS program and process-improvement projects, including requirements gathering, specifications, resource planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, audit execution, reporting, risk escalation, and continuous improvement. It requires at least two years of program or project management experience, communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences, and a bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or engineering-related fields. Preferred qualifications include Lean, DMAIC, advanced Excel, SQL, Python, visualization tools, and data-analytics knowledge.
