Description

HealthCorps is hiring a Program Manager - Workforce Development to lead the day-to-day delivery of healthcare career exposure programming in West Virginia. The role coordinates campus events, field trips, guest speakers, curriculum content, student assessment and coaching logistics, community partnerships, grant reporting, and occasional national workforce development support. It is a full-time remote-based position requiring extensive travel throughout West Virginia, with an anticipated annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 and medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
