Description
Adobe is hiring a Program Manager, Workplace Design to lead workplace design programs across EMEA and India, with reach into other regions. The role owns FF&E, materials, colour, and lighting decisions; leads decisions across the full project cycle with external firms and internal delivery teams; keeps solutions on scope, schedule, and budget; develops scalable guidelines; and supports experiential graphic and brand programs, site refreshes, employee experience, experimentation, and inclusive design. Candidates should have more than seven years of architecture or interior design experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent depth of craft, and experience with base building, workplace strategy, and technology-driven organizations.
