Description
Amazon Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce is hiring a Program Manager to own enhancements to the AMXL evaluation tools suite and drive programmatic initiatives that improve reverse logistics recovery, reduce concessions, and improve associate, manager, and customer experiences. The role partners with product, operations, engineering, support, and business teams; identifies upstream defects; develops continuous-improvement mechanisms; and creates dashboards and success metrics. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership. The position is available in multiple United States locations with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually.
