e4c is hiring a Youth Housing Program Manager to lead and oversee youth housing services for youth aged 13–17 with complex needs. The role manages program operations, service delivery, safety, risk management, youth outcomes, community partnerships, recruitment and staff development, reporting, and budget performance. Candidates need a relevant degree or diploma, specified certifications, a Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle, and at least 7 years of experience working with marginalized, high-risk, and vulnerable youth, including 5 years of management experience and 3 years working with First Nations populations.
