Zantech is hiring a Program Manager for a hybrid role based in Ashburn, Virginia, to serve as the prime contractor’s single point of contact for a performance-management contract. The role leads the Contractor team, manages contract execution and timelines, oversees the performance-management framework and vendor/portfolio analysis, maintains staffing and quality controls, and communicates with Government stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a business, management, or technical field, at least 15 years of enterprise-level program or project management experience, at least 10 years leading complex multi-disciplinary teams, experience developing strategic visions and data-driven performance-management frameworks, an active PMP certification, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS clearance.
