Description
The CCR Intake and Process Execution Team Program Analyst will serve as a governance and intake specialist for Collections, Recoveries, and Credit teams. The role reviews and prioritizes projects and maintenance requests, manages intake and change-control processes, enforces quality and approval controls, assesses project impact and resource needs, monitors budgets and reporting, and coordinates with product owners, technical teams, business units, and senior leadership. CCR business knowledge, Plan of Record analysis, regulatory and compliance awareness, and experience with high-volume project processing are required; CCIPTRS, PTS, CCSE, and database skills are preferred or useful.
