Description
The Program Manufacturing Leader will oversee all manufacturing aspects of various programs, spanning from the acquisition phase up to six months after the Start of Production (SOP). This role involves coordinating with process engineers and equipment engineers to define and manage manufacturing processes and tooling, ensuring compliance with customer and internal specifications. The leader will also be responsible for setting up and validating the complete production system, managing budgets, supporting supplier collaboration, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will drive team performance towards program goals and maintain a safe working environment.
