The role works with program management, engineering, supply chain, and operations to create baselines, critical paths, schedule performance metrics, risk analyses, and Earned Value Management reports, while advising program managers and control account managers on schedule performance and risks. Candidates need substantial scheduling experience in engineering development or manufacturing, familiarity with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Deltek OpenPlan, and a Secret-level security clearance.
