Description
Onward We Learn is hiring a part-time, seasonal Program Mentor in Providence, Rhode Island to support middle and high school students through consistent mentoring, facilitation of afterschool and Saturday programming, academic support, and college access guidance. The role requires at least two years of college, experience with youth or K-12 education, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and availability for weekday afternoons, Saturdays, and occasional Fridays. Compensation is $20 to $24 per hour based on qualifications.
