Generation is hiring a Program Mentor for a six-month fixed-term contract to support participants through technical training and employability. The role provides one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, interview preparation, job-search support, socio-emotional case management, risk triage, and reporting. Candidates should be professionals in psychology or related fields with 2–4 years of experience supporting vulnerable youth or adults, experience in training or coaching, and basic employability or human-resources knowledge; B2 English is preferred.
