Description
The Program Manager oversees manufacturing program development, customer and commercial-engineer relationships, project planning, line trials, control plans, documentation, on-time delivery, profitability analysis, cost studies, and standard operating procedures. The role requires a BS/BA in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related major or equivalent experience, at least five years managing manufacturing plants, knowledge of industrial engineering and related manufacturing operations, PC proficiency, and strong communication, interpersonal, team, organizational, and coaching skills. Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency are also required.
