The Program Navigator serves as the primary entry point for clients seeking affordable housing and related services, conducting intake and assessments, screening eligibility, providing referrals, connecting clients to programs, processing documentation, maintaining intake databases and electronic health records, and managing the switchboard. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of direct-service experience in social services, customer service, or call centers, strong computer and communication skills, and familiarity with Google Workspace.
